Member Confidentiality & Rules
This is a formal agreement between the Black Rhino Private Alliance (the “Alliance”) and You (the “Partner”). By joining or starting your first allocation, you are officially agreeing to these rules.
1. Why This Exists
The Alliance uses private tools, secret trading logic, and unique strategies to get an edge in the market. To keep this "edge" working for everyone, you have to promise to keep our secrets.
2. What Is "Top Secret"?
You cannot share anything that isn't already public. This includes:
The Tech: How the "Algo" and "Fx Rhino" systems actually work or perform.
The Intel: Our internal "Macro-Pulse" forecasts and trade predictions.
The Look: No sharing screenshots of your dashboard or the member portal.
The Business: Details on our "Venture" tracks or physical resource operations.
The People: Who else is in the group. Privacy is a priority.
3. Your Job as a Member
Shhh: Don’t post our info on social media or tell friends and family.
Personal Use Only: Use the info to manage your own account, not to start your own side business or help others trade.
Lock It Up: Keep your login info safe so no one else can see your dashboard.
4. When Is It Okay to Share?
You aren't in trouble if:

Your promise of silence starts the second you join and lasts for five years after you leave the Alliance.
6. What Happens if You Break the Rules?
Leaking our secrets hurts every member in the circle. If you get caught:
You’re Out: Your membership is cancelled immediately.
Frozen Assets: Your funds/allocations may be locked while we investigate.
Lawsuits: The Alliance can sue you for damages or go to court to stop you from sharing more.
7. You Don't Own the Tech
Just because you have access to the "Algo" doesn't mean you own it. All software, branding, and logic belong to the Alliance.
8. Digital Signature
By clicking "Accept," "Sign Up," or by sending your first deposit, you are legally signing this contract and agreeing to all the rules above.
